We are territorial creatures after all.

It's not just mere space that make your office a nice place to work in. Spaces also have to be organized so that they do not look like cluttered with papers, documents, and equipment. Place your documents and equipment in another room and make sure that everything is all organized here.

There are many companies that do not give proper importance to the office furniture. Always ensure that your employees are completely comfortable when working, so the chairs that they sit on should be as comfortable as one can ask for. It does not mean that you would have to spend thousands of dollars on chairs; there are plenty of office furniture available for a very low price.

Once that you have taken care of all the facilities for your employees, try and find a room for their leisure activities. This room should be spacious enough and should allow employees to relax when not working or after office hours. Having certain table games is a very good option as they are appreciated by all.
